Mr. Whitman has been teaching at St. Thomas More CSS for a number of years as a philosophy and religion teacher. This year, June 2017, is the final year of a beloved music teacher Mrs. Gordon. Mr. Whitman has majors in music and philosophy, and a minor in english. He ran the Dundas Conservatory of Music for 5 years. He is the most qualified teacher at the school for this job, as he not only has music theory and notation and piano, but also vocal and guitar. This petition is to show him and our school board that he is the most qualified and wanted for the job.

mr whitman is the best teacher ive ever had. he actually knows his way around a guitar and piano better than anyone. he would be perfect for the music room
