Mr. Nico is an asset to the children as a mentor and someone they can look up to. He should be reinstated.

I am a new parent at BG and am extremely troubled at the recent high turnover of staff. I thought very highly of Mr. Nico, and am very sorry to see him go, especially over the protests of parents.

Denying a young person of his job & means of support without warning, you say? Well, I say, "Who among us is perfect? '"Let he who is without sin cast the first stone."'

Mr. Nico has truly blessed our family and made such a positive impact on Chase. Chase thrived under the safe, loving, and nurturing environment Mr. Nico provided. The school will not be the same without him. Please consider investigating further the positive impact Mr. Nico has made on so many children and the loss the school will experience if he can not be reinstated.

Bring Mr. Nico back! Thank goodness for the combination of discipline, learning, and fun that Mr. Nico provided during Braelynn's pre-K year and at camp. I just asked Braelynn what she remembers about Mr. Nico, and she just started laughing uncontrollably with the happy memories. He is a truly special teacher.

Mr. Nico is caring, sharing and one of the best. Hannah Lily learnt a lot from him. Every one is human, and non one is perfect. Let the parents have a say on this one!

Please bring back Mr. Nico. You cannot replace a teacher like him these days.

Mr. Nico is one of the best. His warm and engaging demeanor always gave us a sense of confidence that our daughter Emma was in great hands. His fun-loving spirit made him a favorite with kids and parents and it was always amazing to see the how his way of using gentle yet firm discipline earned him the respect of the kids. Letting him go is a great disservice to the children. In a time where it is often difficult to know who is trustworthy, it was never a question with Mr. Nico. As a parent of a 7 month old, who I would consider sending to Pre-K there, since my older daughter went there, knowing that there is a staff with longevity and loyalty is a big plus. Please re-evaluate this terrible decision.

I was very saddened to hear of the news about Mr. Nico yesterday. He has been part of my family’s life for several years now. We have had the pleasure of Nico being our kid’s teacher twice. My boys really love him and we think he is a very important part of the team at Bright Generations. I think the actions of Mr. Nico over the years speak volumes. He goes way above the job description and the genuine love that he has for the kids is unmistakable. Please reconsider the decision Bright Generations, the center is a better place with Nicholas Delaney.

Mr. Nico was such a wonderful teacher, role model, and influence on my son. I don't want Bright Generations to lose such a wonderful teacher!

Although my kids have not officially been in Mr Nico's class yet, Mr. Nico has had a huge impact on our family. Mr. Nico often takes care of my daughter in the late afternoons and is always so positive, hands-on and engaged with the kids! The kids love his music class and their faces always light up when they see Mr. Nico. Our family is so devastated about the news and we hope you reconsider your decision. When you have a GREAT teacher, you need to hang on to them. Please see the bigger picture here and bring Mr. Nico back!

Nico was loved by our family & I was upset by the news that he was released even though we are not at the school anymore. I would hope that all the children are being thought about when you let such a good teacher go.

Mr. Nico is amazing. He is compassionate, kind, dedicated, and always enthusiastic. His love for the kids is not something that happened overnight. He has been building relationships with the kids for years. He is such a joy to be around and I cannot imagine Bright Generations without him. We played a family game of uno last night because we could not get him off our minds. Please reconsider the decision.

Mr. Nico has got to be one of the best teachers Bright Horizons has ever had on payroll. They can't afford to lose him.

I am saddened that Mr. Nico is no longer with Bright Generations as he is absolutely irreplaceable. His teaching style balances compassion, discipline and fun. His enthusiasm and dedication to inspiring the children to be their best is what a parent hopes for in a teacher. My children (and others) genuinely love and respect him and blossomed under his guidance. In losing Mr. Nico, Bright Generations has lost some of the magic that made the school such a special place for our children to begin their learning experience.

Mr. Nico is a dedicated and engaging teacher (which, as you well know, is hard to find) who genuinely loves our kids, and I sincerely hope you will reconsider your decision.

Mr. Nico has had a very positive influence on Sofie and our older daughter Ariana when she was enrolled in the summer camp. I believe it's the process that failed and not the person. Please fix the process and bring back Mr. Nico.
