Mr. Kevin Schneider has been torturing our students here at Mountain View High School with horrid racism and sexism, and has proven himself unworthy of the glorious privilege of teaching. Most of his students are either failing his class or very close to it. It is often their lowest grade. Please help us end innocent teens' suffering, and rid of this foul beast of a freshman language arts teacher.

The stories coming into my inbox about the culture in that classroom are appalling. I am currently compiling these accounts to present to the school board. Post this petition link on Facebook and call the principal office today to demand a formal investigation into these reports.

Hes one of the reasons why i actually moved schools, he would never let me go get water or go to the bathroom i felt like je was being racist towards me and my peers he would stop me in the hallways and always ask me how I had been and i just ignored him because i felt harrased
You can have your hand raised for 5 minutes straight and he will look right at you and not call on you. I don’t understand why he does this because we can either have a legitimate question or want to answer something and he just ignores us. He’s incredibly rude to us.
He doesnt explain the projects or work that we have to do and he gets mad when no one is working bc no one understands what to do. We fail his class and work bc he doesn’t answer questions that we have and we can’t finisg our work if we don’t know what to do
One time I asked him If I can go to the bathroom and he said no mind you im African american but after i asked a white person asked to and was able to do so. That's not fair at all
He is not a good teacher. Everytime he talks to me he acts like I’m stupid. He is very insulting and I honestly don’t think I’ve ever seen him smile.
My child has been a high-performing academic student and athlete throughout her time in school and has never experienced issues like this before being placed in this teacher’s class. Since then, I have observed repeated instances of loud and disrespectful communication directed toward my child. This behavior is concerning and does not reflect the standards I expect from an educator. -Educator/Mom

We read a poem and his interpretation of it was about to people sleeping together and having to finally get out of bed. All the other classes had nowhere near this interpretation. Mr Schneider started pressuring kids to say it out loud and it was really uncomfortable.
