Started by Ernest Joyner 9 years, 9 months ago

Greetings to my humble supporters, I am Ernest Joyner, a man that has falsely accused at the age of 18 for a crime of murder. I've now been incarcerated for 23 years 8 months on a 41 years to life sentence. I am now 42 years old and I am seeking clemency from President Obama before his term expires on January 20, 2017.

Recently, President Obama has given over 600 clemencies / pardons to incarcerated men and women. With your support I believe my chances are great in obtaining President Obama's approval for clemency.

Therefore, I am requesting you enter your name at the conclusion of this petition. Your name will signify support for clemency on my behalf. If you would like more information regarding my entire court proceedings you can go to www.justiceformrjoyner.com

On behalf of my uncle Ernest Joyner I am signing this petition because I know he could have not committed a crime of this nature. My uncle is a very compassionate and loving person with so much o offer society. I say this because despite his incarceration he has proven to be a leader that exemplifies good work ethics and determination. I always let him know that he inspire me to aim for my dreams no matter what.

At 18 years of age who actually can be held accountable for their actions. It has been scientifically proven that the mind does not develop until later in life. At 42 Mr. Joyner seems like he has learned his lesson.

We must reform our criminal justice system so that innocent people do not go to jail.

On behalf of Ernest Joyner an innocent intellectual man who should not be incarcerated for this crime. He has so much to offer society and can inspire other young men to walk the right path.
