Omitting trans men from pagents like this is discriminatory and shows lack of social acceptance, as well as blatant disrespect to the validity of the trans community, as it perpetuates the idea that trans men and women are not "real" because of what they were designated at birth.

I think he should be included. He identifies as a male so he should be aloud to be entered

honestly KO, do you realize how incredibly immature it is for you to deny Link the right to participate? He is a male, therefore he should be allowed to enter. Best of luck to you Link!

You should be able to be who you are without people trying to get in your way.

By denying his right to participate, you have caused the conflict. Please fix this.

Let boys express themselves to do what they want to do. Let Link enter the pageant! Why would you deny a male student a right other male students get!?

As a former student of Klein Oak I am in shock at how naive the administration can be to not allow someone who identifis as male to not participate in a event. Klein Oak used to be a school that lead change and if they do not allowed this student to participate then they have fallen from being a school of leadership and integrity to a school who hides from standing out.

GOOOO LINK! idk if you personally know me but I'm good friends with Luke and my older sister, Sarah berg, you performed with her a couple months ago. I hate the discrimination in KISD and this is a worthy cause. BEST OF LUCK!
