It's a young person's courageous invitation to all to be accepting and welcoming. As Max de Pree puts it: "We need to give each other the space to grow, to be ourselves, to exercise our diversity." Maya Angelou was right when she said: "It is time to teach young people early on that in diversity there is beauty and there is strength". Let's all be as courageous as Link. Let's see the beauty in diversity!

I am a KO alumni and it would make me even more proud to be a panther if they would let him join!

I believe we are all human, we are all equal. Anyone is able to do what we set our minds too. I believe this isn't just a lesson toward people in the world that don't accept the LGBT but for we can keep an open mind to what 2016 has became. I was a Klein oak student and how I was I would have been able to live this moments. I support so come on Klein oak! Give it a chance, we all deserve one.

I think Lincoln Ripley (Link) should be able to. He has every right to. He's amazing too, I don't know him personally but he should be able to.

Why does everything have to be so discriminatory. Male, female, color, religion, blah blah. If an individual wants to experience something in life, who are we to tell anyone no based on these requirements? Can't wait till the human race grows up.

C'mon Klein Oaks. You're better than this. You're supposed to be shaping young lives... empowering them. Leave your personal biases in the parking lot.
