IF Allen is not brought back, then I will fear to God for my child's safety with the current security....

Mr. Allen, so glad you posted. Will you please contact our petition hostess Maddy Desrochers at [email protected] to update her on what exactly happened to you and how we can all help. You are such a kind person and did not deserve this kind of treatment. Driving my old white sub through those gates will never be the same again without you there to greet me. It brings tears to my eyes and my heart weeps. I know we will all do what we can to help.

Our family was at Duchesne for 20 years. Allen was a special part of our time at Duchesne. He was that welcoming and smiling face every morning and afternoon. He knew everyone's name, was kind and gracious to each person on campus. He was truly an asset to Duchrsne and always embodied the 5 goals of the Sacred Heart. With his caring and watchful eye I knew my girls were safe with Allen at his post. Allen is a special, kind, and loving person. He is also a honest man of character. In other words a true Gentleman! I have only one regret: that I didn't tell him more often how much he meant to us and how much he made our time at Duchesne happier and more pleasant! Duchesne was always a unique place: a loving faithful school that was like home and family. You remove the people who made it special and unique and you no longer have that special place that feels like home. Instead you have an ordinary school that is cold and detached. Nothing like. the Sacred Heart school we loved. Do the right thing and stand up for Love and the 5 goals of the Sacred Heart. Keep Allen so we have that unique Sacrad Heart school to call Home!
WE LOVE YOU ALLEN and MAY GOD ALWAYS BLESS YOU

Sad times at Duchesne, we all miss Mrs. Gleaves & Mr. Alan. DASH admins do the right thing and bring him back since it's too late to bring her back. It's the holidays and the best gift we could get is to drive through the gates and see his big smile and his cheerful greetings. Something the new people don't have.

After 20+ years service, mr allen deserves better from Duchesne! Our many years association w/ DASH has been enhanced by his attentive service at ALL special events. Rethink this VERY unfortunate, unfair decision. D-n-A Martingano 11/14/15

This is simply WRONG !!!
We've never known Mr. Allen to be
anything but an exceptional employee. As grandparents, we appreciated his kindness and consideration.

I am the parent of a past student (who was at Duchesne from early lower school through graduation), and I am very close to the wonderful family involved in this tragic situation. I have spoken to them at length and they did NOT make this complaint against Mr Alan. Their child is perfectly fine and was NEVER in ANY danger from Mr Alan. They have also vigorously professed their support for Mr Alan to the powers that be. They love Mr Alan and Duchesne.

Mr. Allen has been a staple at DASH for decades, even remembering me and the girls that I was friends with back in the late 80s. I have seen nothing from Mr. Allen but a positive attitude and a sincere care for everyone's safety on campus, both students and parents. Our rapport has improved greatly since my daughter began school there last year, and he is missed by the entire Hansen family. My hope is that this matter is resolved in an appropriate manner and that the DASH community is kept in the loop. The lack of information and communication isn't good for anyone involved.

I wholeheartedly support both Mr. Allen and Mrs. Gleaves. There is so much bs going on behind the scenes that we do not see to push good SACRED HEART employees out of the school. The entire concept of everything we know to be Sacred Heart is being pushed out of the school. DO NOT TRUST THE ADMINISTRATION! They so easily lie to your face just to take your money. SAVE OUR SCHOOL! The Sacred Heart is dying.... It makes me physically ill. Please do not let the weekend or holidays stop your efforts. I am begging you. We must take a stand before more Sacred Heart teachers and values or dismissed.

Mr. Alan has worked and protected all of us at Duchesne. He is family and I am shocked to hear of his dismissal. in fact, I am shocked at all the sudden dismissals of long-term teachers from the school. It is not the place I so lovingly remember! How sad and disappointing. This is not the way to build loyalty and support!

Thank you to those who have mentioned me in this sea of love for Allen; he was not dismissed because of a parent complaint; that was just the excuse they used to get rid of him. Why they would want to i do not know.
They did the same thing to me; they said I left a child unattended and fired me within two days! They reported me to CPS! MEEE! it has already been dropped by CPS as having no validity but its been a terrifying and sad time for me since August 31st. What can I say about this whole experience? Thank God for friends and family

When I went to pick up my niece on Monday, November 9th, the very first thing I noticed was that Mr. Allen wasn't there. He is such a staple at Duschene, and, even though I only "know" him from being in the carpool lane, he is always quick to offer a smile, wave and say hello. To now learn that he was "reassigned" for reasons unknown is very sad and disappointing on many levels. #bringMrAllenback
