Please protect the children in this neighborhood and nearby schools. This is unacceptable and very disappointing that this is even on here. Our system needs to protect victims and prevent against future harm.

No he shouldn't be so close to the victim or a school. Has anyone contacted his probation officer, if he's on probation, or contacted the local sheriff's office? Unfortunately, in the state of NC, you can get more time for stealing a car than you can for molesting a child. If you are angered by this, make it known to your representative or congressman, and try to get the laws changed. The Judge in our case wanted to give more time to the man who molested my daughter but his hands were tied - BY THE LAW!! And those were his exact words when he sentenced our molestor to just 23 months.

I will sign this in hopes that the victim and all the other innocent children in that area stay safe. I get the reason as to why he is allowed to be there but at the same time he should not be allowed to live that close to the child he harmed. Hope this gets resolved and no one else is harmed during this.
