Unfortunately, there is no law to protect the victim in regards to where the pedophile can reside. However, there are laws that protect the other innocent children who attend the daycare and preschool facilities that operate within 1,000 feet of his residence.
Let's make some noise here and get the attention this needs so that we can get him out of our neighborhood!!!

No child should ever be molested.. the fact is the ones that are should never have to live , be exposed or have to see the pedophile that scarred them for The rest of their lives especially within feet of their own home

For the sake of the children and the victim, and the LAW he should be required to move.
