I agree with this 100% the tardy does not prepare you for real life at all. “Real life” jobs do not expect you to be their within the millisecond. This is just another policy that the school created that fails horribly

I have to take the city bus to school it is late at times , I was late by 1 minute but the tardy table made me late by 20 mins and I had to sit in detention.
