Prking for the residents of Grove Road has now reverted back to what it was like before we had residents parking permints, that than the 2 hours a day that we are alllocated under our permits, which we pay for, while the rest of the world can park in our road for free during the other hours of the day. I don't think this is quite fair and I think a higher amount of the daily hours should be allocated to the residents who hold permits

I have had trouble finding a space on occasion. What the map doesn't show is that Grove Road is a one way narrow uphill street. It's hard to reverse into a tight space with various impatient van drivers impatiently waiting to get past. I can't imagine how busy it will be when the swimming pool is open again. It's terrible that we pay money for a permit and we're squeezed out by people who can park elsewhere.

Let's have some 'control' on a Controlled Parking Zone, it's a nightmare for residents to park and likely to get worse. It's bad enough with all the minicabs at the moment.

We currently have the worst of all worlds - we pay for the right to park and then can never get a space!

It makes no sense for residents who pay for permits to only be free to park for 2 scheduled slots per day. I more often than not have parked on a last available place on Grove Place. Please give this petition the consideration it deserves. Many thanks.

I have small children and it's not safe to leave them alone to "pop" to the car 5mins away to bring in the shopping, buggy, bags, etc etc

It's so rare nowadays that I ever get to park anywhere near my house - less than ideal with a small child.
