There’s enough crime because of Walmart

We do not want low income housing. Crime has already increased significantly in the last few years. Not a good idea.

There’s already plenty of low income homes and apartment complexes in this area. Not to mention plenty of undeveloped land in the common areas. This is also going to make traffic worse than it already is. That land is beautiful and home to many tortoises etc. this was not zoned for apartments when I purchased my home.
