I request town to consider, everyone is raising this to just for location and the impact to neighbourhood w.r.t traffic and congestion. That is the only intersection to connect with regular needs and the arguments are just based on location not specific to religious community. Do not take all these comments are opposed to this specific community. We are happy if another place in stouffville where less traffic and peaceful environment that can accommodate their needs. Town can still consider that. Please be note no one opposed like this when the building started at sandiford drive.

Request every one TO CONTACT YOUR WARD COUNCILOR, TOWN DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, CLERKS to raise our valid concerns about location capacity. Did they performed Traffic analysis during pandemic when no one was on roads or when most of the business and schools were operating remotely. And did they considered the traffic that's going to be added due to already approved and under construction multiple condos? I AM NOT AGAINST any particular community or group, this location just cannot accommodate place of worship, where hundreds of people come and go in prayer timings.

This is a bad location and will affect safety, traffic flow, residents, and local businesses. It needs a bigger location with more parking availability

The intersection is too busy for a mosque. Provide a more rural location for the mosque which won't cause congestion in the core.

Huge traffic concerns. Moving it out of the main street corridor makes more sense for our community.

Increase traffic would really hinder our community safety and space for children to play

They engage in lot of traffic congestion on fridays and it is not a true representation of the population living in Stoufville

I'm concerned about congestion in the neighborhood. That particular area will already have 2 more condominiums opening up. Adding a place of worship will only confound already questionable urban planning. There are many other locations in stouffville suitable for a place of worship. This location doesn't make sense given the limited access and potential for disruption.
