Not sure what the Mayor of this town and certain counselors are trying to do. Maybe trying to get your votes for the future!!!

Increasing traffic in a residential area as this would be dangerous and potentially fatal.

This property is not the appropriate size or location for the proposed use. It would add traffic that would not be appropriate for the houses nearby.

Give them another location so that there is less, manageable traffic.

Mosque are open 24 hours a day. I lived on the Danforth and it was always busy. all day and night. no one from the mosque cared about the noise and after many years went by a fence and speakers went up. The By-law should not be changed for any size of Mosque at this locations. The applicants only mentioned in person services, but failed to mention Funerals, Marriages and other services that the Mosque would hold.

I have absolutely no problem with a mosque being built in Stouffville. This location cannot sustain the amount of traffic and parking that is needed for a mosque that currently has 119 families registered. If I lived on Rupert I would be very concerned about Rupert becoming the parking spot of choice. If I owned Kings Landing I would be worried my patrons would no longer find parking near my restaurant. Wrong place!!

It would be pure chaos in that confined area. Not enough parking.

Being good citizens of our community means making good faith efforts to comply with Zoning By-law regulations, not circumventing or modifying them at the expense of residents.
