He is, without a doubt, THE best teacher I've ever had who encouraged us to think for ourselves, think critically, and make a positive difference in the world. You'd be making a huge mistake by losing him as a valuable teacher in your county. Then again, if you see nothing wrong with making him leave, then maybe you don't deserve him.

I had Mr. Morone Sr not only as my TOK teacher, but as my golf coach too! As everyone has already stated he's an excellent teacher who has so much passion behind what he says. But he's also helped me with my golf swing and has lead the girls golf team to regionals 2 times while I have been at Atlantic! With out him I'm not sure how the team's going to survive and continue on to regionals next year. If a teacher wants to continue teaching, who has a 100% pass rate for his HL philosophy class (from what I've heard), why make him go?

I didn't have Morone Sr as my teacher personally, but everyone I know who took his course(s) told me he had nothing but a positive impact on them. If he can stimulate and encourage my peers as well as he did, he'd have been good enough for myself and for my younger brothers and sisters in the county.

There unfortunately are not many teachers like Mr. Morone anymore. We need him. He deserves to have the right to stay and keep teaching younger generations what is TRUE education. Losing him is simply losing the ability to receive quality education.

Mr. Morone is one of the most insightful teachers i have ever had. Hes experienced, and he has alot more to teach than just academics. He has taught me much about life that i would have not known before. I would hate to see him go. It would not be fair to his current students.
Hiering a new teacher would really mess things up and I dont think the students will perform as well if they have a drastic change like this in between their HL IB philosophy course.

Forcing good teachers to retire in a climate where it's nearly impossible to find good new teachers is just adding fuel to the fire of the deteriorating state of public education in the US.
