I am pleased that my 7yr.old daughter has excelled during her 1st grade year in Connection Public Charter School. I support the teaching technique as well as the staff and the building that the school is currently in. They are in the process of purchasing land in the Kaumana Subdivision but have had challenges due to the surrounding community residents. Please help Connections achieve their goal of having their campus from grades k-12 on one property. Currently the high school is located on the opposite side of Hilo town. It would be great to have the everyone on one campus. Both, my husband and I support charter school learning.

Charter schools need more support from the state. It's only fair that the state support every child in Hawaii equally.

Please support public charter school students at the same rate per student as regular public school students. They should not have lesser facilities because they attend public charter schools. These schools are doing great things for the future of Hawaii too!

All children are created equal and as such their public education should be funded equally. Charter schools ARE public schools which to this day is still mis-understood. Please level the learning field by equally funding charter schools.

I went to this school in 2001 and it was the greatest most wonderfully educational experience of my life. funding for this school should never stop because the school not only educates the students, it helps the ecosystem as well!!!
