Mr. Warma, we Shareholders have seen our share value decrease to 25% of the value it was two years ago. From the high $2's to $0.75! This is while many a Biotech has seen double digit gains.

During this time you have made many a promise. We are tired of hearing "subject to securing the necessary resources." We have heard this for three years. What are the challenges you are facing? Inform your loyal Shareholders! While we understand the Company's focus has shifted to SPMS, your respect of the Shareholder has remained the same. We not only invested in Opexa, we invested in you. Mr. Warma, you have let us down.

We expect, no DEMAND, more transparency! In 2009 and 2010, your released numerous "Letters to the Shareholders". At least this was a way for the Shareholders to feel connected to Opexa and know you hear our concerns. Give us the information we want. We understand that information disbursement is regulated by SEC, but you can provide Shareholder Value by increasing your transparency.

You have either turned a blind eye to us or no longer care. Which one is it Mr. Warma? WE DEMAND TO KNOW!
