I signed because I am 57 and feel every bit of it. Later in my life, I may need an ATV or something to still enjoy being in the mountains. Most importantly, I have a son who is wheelchair bound, but still loves the outdoors.

I completely agree with this petition. The unfortunate fact is that much of the damage caused by ATVs and UTVs is from younger riders intend on impressing each other by tearing up the trails, hill sides, and creek banks. Seniors and disabled riders are not the problem, yet they are the ones being punished by having opportunities for riding in the great outdoors denied and/or restricted. Please allow full access to these responsible Americans who who otherwise have no way to enjoy the wonders of our country.

I think this helps everyone. Also, keeps a balance on multiple users of our resources, not just a couple of special interest groups that want things all to themselves.

Our land is for all citizens to enjoy. Not for the young and healthy only. ATV's are for those who could not see our beautiful out doors any other way.

Improve accesss of public lands for ALL users not just those who hike and have horses.

I'm 66 years old and have COPD. I used to hike in all the mountains but now i can't. I bought a quad so i could still get into the mountains. But it is so limited i can't do it much.

Just turned 62 today and yes i want access to public lands. It gets tougher every year to get around once you have had knee and or hip surgery.
