Keep lands open. Spreading out users, be it motorized or non-motorized, reduces impact. Aged or disabled Americans need access as well. The ADA extents to all. Funneling groups to smaller tracts of land, increase impact; impact is lessened when areas are open. I encourage the FS to open trails to allow motorized use. Just as businesses are open to those in a wheelchair.

I live in southern WV & have enjoyed riding the Hatfield/McCoy Trails. I tried riding last year on the trails & was refused access to them cause I am handicapped & don't have a drivers license. Would like to get out & enjoy the trails but I guess ppl who are handicapped can't. I will be going to Kentucky to ride where a permit is NOT NEEDED.

I strongly support multiple use on our national lands and forests. Please reconsider your errant decision to with old use from our OHV participants as it is the right and freedom of all Americans to use our public lands as they deem so long as they do no harm. I believe the OHV community has proven to be not only responsible and stewardly but a vital part of the future of public land use. As many members of the OHV community are disabled veterans and elderly servicemen/women who employ the use of OHV's to access public lands, to deny them their constitutional right to use public lands is to deny them the freedom they have earned.
