Half of Colter is blocked off, and with 6,000 freshmen, more parking would be nice.

I understand that there are growing pains that come along with the growth plan that GCU has got going on, but with Colter looking the way it does I'd say it's about time for a change.

I'm currently parked on the 5th floor of 29th ave, and I paid $200 for my car to be out of the sun. Not okay.

As GCU continues to grow its student population exponentially there must be an equivalent amount of student ammentities such as food, gyms, and parking. Parking is a basic necessity that students pay for and the current state of Colter and 29th is frankly unacceptable.

Gcu- imagine this. imagine driving to the grocery store and filling your trunk with necessary items. to then return to your home and first, be yelled at by public safety, to then drive around for 45 minutes looking for a parking spot. all the while my groceries are now hot and ruined. Finally finds a spot at 29th ave surface lot. attempts to carry the groceries extremely far. worst part is, I was scared for my life! parking my camaro so far from campus left me uneasy. then i had to cross a busy road in the dark. alone. carry 20 bags of groceries. why is that okay with gcu? why is it okay for your students to not feel safe? Keep it up gcu and there's gonna be a even bigger problem on your hands.

I paid $150 to park in the 29th ave. garage and from what I understood, that garage was student parking. Now, the two first floors are reserved as event parking and students aren't allowed to park there. This has moved all students up one floor. Most of us are lucky if we find a spot in the covered parking like we paid for. Now we park on the fifth floor in the sun. Had I known I was going to park in the sun and let my car sit in the heat, I would've saved my $140...
More parking please
