I paid 150 dollars to park at the 29th avenue garage and we are only allowed to park on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors. It takes me forever to find a spot and I paid the extra money to park in a garage so my car wouldn't have to be sitting in the sun, but I will have to park it at the 5th floor which is directly in the sun.

normally I do not mind the walk, but this is outrageous. I understand I paid $10 for a surface lot and I understand it is a walk. However, today the lot was CLOSED. Where am I supposed to park? I can not park by the Taco Tote because of the fear of being towed, however and thankfully i have a friend who is generous enough to let me park at her house.

I am highly disappointed with GCU's parking. I paid $150 to park in the hall garage so my car could be COVERED and NOT in the SUN! Considering that I have a black vehicle with black interior and leather seats I'm sure anyone would understand why I cannot be parked on the fifth floor! Also, it's the fourth day of classes and everyday I've spent over 30 minutes trying to find a parking. Within those thirty minutes not am I only trying to find parking but also trying to avoid getting hit by other drivers because of how absolutely ridiculous the garage is. My AC in my car also has stopped working because of how long and how many times it has been parked in the freaking heat. Not only am I a pissed off commuter but so is my boss because I have to work and when leaving campus I'm waiting in the garage, in a black car with no ac anymore for 45 minutes trying to get to work. I had to ask my boss, and my parents to write a complaint to GCU about the parking. It's ridiculous that we have to pay for parking that is not even available, students are even parking in tiny corners that are not designated spots in the garage and it's an absolute shame that we have to get creative to where we can keep our vehicles out of the sun and parked. It's making us late to class, late to work and adding stress to our academic life. PLEASE fix the parking! I'm seriously considering just driving my car on campus right next to whatever building I have class in because it's ridiculous. GCU loves to build new dorms and give out parking tickets like lollipops but cannot handle fixing the parking issue, seriously??? As a growing campus you think the university would know better. Not to mention the lack of food places for us to eat!

The parking this semester is out of control! I did not pay $150 to be 30 minutes late to class because of absolutely no parking!! Then be stuck trying to get out of the garage for about 40 minutes when I have to be to work. PLEASE PLEASE get more parking!

Definitely putting students at a higher risk for accidents since they have resorted to parking illegally along the sides of the roads and making their own lanes in colter. I don't agree with making their own parking formations but it won't be an issue if there was maybe another garage.

I had to drive around the 29th ave garage for 30 minutes before finding a spot on the top floor. Why GCU has the 1st and part of the 2nd floor blacked off is beyond me. This needs to be changed now, I'm not paying $150 for a covered parking garage to then have to park on the top floor in the sun. I would've gotten a colter pass if I wanted to do that!
