The CON program in Georgia is broken. To deny FMC heart surgery in addition to the heart services already provided but grant RRMC the Labor and Delivery program is biased and not right.

If any hospital should have open heart capabilities it should be Floyd Medical Center who cares for everyone, regardless of ability to pay. The data reflects that currently everyone in our community is not being served equally.
