Sentence was too harsh and the positioning of the SC in bringing in the name of the president is questionable... a biased, ethnocentric, and politically motivated judgement it was...

In as much what the montie 3 did was bad and distasteful, I however think their punishment was too harsh given the fact that they showed remorse and promised not to repeat such things again. No one is saying they shouldn't be punished but their punishment is obviously harsh and has Rather stirred controversy and anger among the very society the punishment suppose to have served as a deterrent. There have been equally other powerful people who have said more damaging and dangerous comments even against the whole country inciting people and calling for war against tribes, than that of what the montie 3 said against our judges, without showing remorse or apologising for it, and if the same court did not find them guilty then why these ones, we are all equal before the law.
Mr president, please invoke your powers under article 72 to free our brothers now.

If the president can be insulted and threatned yet people are pardoned, if a memeber of parliment can declear war and still walk free, if judges can take goats and yam as bribe and still be sleeping in their rooms , then please pardon the three harmelss first offenders men. Thank you.
