The Justices erred in their judgement, they cannot be complainants, prosecutors and judges in their own court! This is affront to the rule of law. They have exibited open bias in this case! I hereby joined the chorus of thousands of Ghanaians humbly asking the President to activate article 72 to grant the trio immediate pardon to safeguard justice for all!

frankly am appalled by the haughtiness of the justices. To what end should journalists and panellists be sentenced to 4 months in prison. Annoying me the most is the fact that the owners of the radio were also convicted and fined. What is the Chief Justice still doing in her position if we go by her logic after superintending over the biggest judicial scandal of Ghana's history! She should bow her head in shame and pack out!!!!

The president should please realise that those opposing this call are doing so because Mugabe has been exposing their evil machinations against his government. I listened to the likes of Ayikoi Otoo, Atta Akyea and many other NPP lawyers and it's clear that their call is not based on the contempt charges against the gentlemen but rather about their personal and parochial interest. President should do what is in the interests of of democracy and peace of the country towards a successful elections.

We don't want selective justice Mr. President. Imprisonment for speech is a totally incompatible with our democratic practice. Such cases happened in this country and when found guilty such charges never happened. Mr. President free the innocent three for us to continue working in retaining you. Yours truly Tahidu Moli Yendi.
