As much as I think that the punishment was very harsh, I hope we should be a bit careful with involving the President.

I condemn the act of our brothers,, but am pleading with the president to show the Montie 3 mercy by invoking article 72 of the constitution.. I belief the signal the supreme court wanted to send with this sentence has been achieved.... This will certainly serve as a deterrent,, but like how family members will come and plead on behalf of a member who has been punish by the family heard,,, I do the same and plead for your mercy

if I say I am shocked by the sentence it is an understatement. Pres Mahama please pardon these three for they have showed remorse for their actions.

We all make mistakes, we sometimes say things to hurt our love ones, parents and even friends, but when we admit our wrong and plea for forgiveness, we should be forgiven. l'll urge the president to allow them to be in Nsawam for at least one month before granting them amnesty.

First they came for the Communists And I did not speak out Because I was not a Communist Then they came for the Socialists And I did not speak out Because I was not a Socialist Then they came for the trade unionists And I did not speak out Because I was not a trade unionist Then they came for the Jews And I did not speak out Because I was not a Jew Then they came for me And there was no one left To speak out for me. Due to the rampant and everyday injustice in our system against the poor, selected few (in this case Montie trio), I humbly identify with the many that respite must be granted the contemnors.

Ghanaians should be honest enough to judge these individuals by compiring wat they said, to that of Hon Kennedy Agyapong said. A person who decleared war in Ghana, is a free man. Ghana! IT'S time we grow up against this injustice.

The sentence is too harsh and we can all see the kind of country we find ourselves. Politics has taken all over everything we do. now that our judiciary system is destroyed we are not safe in this country. Am not happy for even a day spent by our senior comrades in the prison for just words that doesnt threaten anything. We must do something to the system of governance especially in the judiciary arm. Very wicked people
