We 're asking the President to invoke Article 72 of the 1992 Constitution not because of the party affiliation of the persons involved, but any judicial process that does not give room for right of appeal (not judicial review, these two different things) impedes the enjoyment of fundamental feedom. We believe that the Supreme Court of Ghana exercised the contempt powers arbitrarily and the essence of the President's powers under Article 72 is to check judicial dictatorshp. Mr. President and act decisively so that state institutions realise that sovereignty can ONLY lie in powerful citizens not any Leviathanistic individuals.

Also since he has a lot of followers, they can hit de street nd go on rampage as they hav already started nd this can destabilize de peace of de nation especially wth few months away to de general polls.
