Both plaques needed. The one at the police department will hopefully remind the law enforcement there that Alabama citizens are tired of their acting as judge, jury and punishment enforcer or executioner.

Change the Jurisdictional system! we’re an advanced Civilization using a Stone Age system to process humans. The 13 Amendment needs to be changed! & there should be no Statue of limitation on anything to do with the prison systems or police officers of any type! Animals get better treatment than people that are in the system!
