Have lived on lake since 2008. Sometimes it's so green and smelly it makes me sick. The fact that we know what to do and can't get it done is totally wrong

As a resident of the Monponsett Pond, I am deeply concerned about the unhealthy state of the pond. The Monponsett Pond is an important source of drinking water for the town and surrounding communities and is used for commercial irrigation, recreation and is home to a large diversity of wildlife. The environmental problems are complex and costly to remediate. Without assistance from the state government, we risk losing this important natural resource and allow the development of a significant public health hazard. Please take action.

I lhave loved thiis town for many years. My children were born right here at Twin Lakes drive. I always wanted them to be able to enjoy our lake but unfortunately iit wasn't possible. Please help change this situation, not only for future generations but also for the animals who need to thrive in and around our lakes.

I have lived here for 14 1/2 years and at least 10 of those have been spent looking at the water, not getting in and now we are told that it is causing airborne diseases. Something has to be done. This is ridiculous.
