The dam on west lake needs to be opened. The fetilizer from the bogs has played a big part in West lake being polluted.west lake is stagnant, no amount of chemical treatments will take care of this issue. Their putting a band aide on a festered sore.

These lakes need to be taken care of. So many people use these lakes each weekend. But more importantly us locals could use them every day if it weren't for the warnings and contaminated conditions.

I would really like to see this lake fixed!!! My back door is 10 feet away from West Monponsett and nothing makes me sadder then knowing I can't enjoy the lake other than the view.

What we thought was progress last year, was misleading. The counts of cyanobacteria has increased earlier than last year and is on track to be the worst ever!

I grew up on this lake and live and work not far from it. It was a great park of my life year round and have fond memerories growing up on this like! It is a shame that I can't enjoy it with my children and that it is now a health hazard!
