I live just three houses down from the pond and it is sad that I cannot use it. There is also where the Halifax Beach Associates has there events and because of the pond situation events for the children cannot be held, you know water and children mean children going into the water.

Not only can we not use the lake for recreation.......now we have to worry about it making us seriously ill??? Unacceptable!
