Good afternoon all. There are certain individuals on this forum that claim to be employed by Molly's. As one of the Managers of said establishment, I can confirm that this is not true. I'm saddened by the bullying that is occurring within this discussion. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, I just ask that you please express your thoughts and comments in a respectful manner.

By the way the fact that Jim Smith's ugly comments are allowed to remain here by the petition owner/representative and have not been deleted or removed speaks volumes about the real opinions held by the people running this petition about the Mamaroneck residents who have had questions about the noise at night.

I've read them and categorically disagree with the method by which he's choosing to get his point across. I cannot speak on his behalf, just as I hope you understand he does not speak on my behalf. It is certainly unfortunate that sometimes conversations on message boards devolve into name calling because it really doesn't do much to promote dialogue.
While I cannot defend his commentary I would point out that the criticisms of one person (offensive as it my be to you) shouldn't negate the merits of the arguments I've made on the issue previously. I doubt you'll receive an apology but I hope that you can still maintain an ability to collectively seek a solution for all parties involved in spite of the insults you've been forced to bear.
The only people really authorized to speak on behalf of Molly's are the principals of the corporation and it's attorneys. I would encourage you to bring a printout of the comments if you feel as though they would be relevant to the decision of the zoning board.
For whatever it's worth I do regret that emotions have run so high that some are compelled to insult rather that engage in a healthy dialogue that could potentially lead to a greater understanding and a suitable resolution.

Mr. Hetzer, before you talk further about other residents mis-characterizing Molly's employees' attitudes, I would suggest you read some of the horrible responses that professed employee Jim Smith is posting on this very site about people who corrected an erroneous statement he made with actual facts. I certainly hope to hear that his ugly attitude is not representative of Molly's, and I certainly think he owes me a huge apology for the horrible things he said to me personally. If not, I will certainly be bringing a printout of his comment to read out loud at the town meeting tomorrow to share with other residents.

I've worked at molly Spillanes for 4 years and I've never ever heard the slightest complaint about the patio, clearly obese internet tough guys like "Frank a" just hate fun
