Mobitel is the only network in Sri Lanka which doesn't have per second billing packages. All other 4 networks got them. Dialog - http://www.dialog.lk/personal/mobile/rate-plans/prepaid/per-second-package/ Airtel - http://www.airtel.lk/AirtelSL/prepaid/prepaid_package2.html Hutch - http://www.hutch.lk/prepaid/tic_tic_per_second Etisalat - http://www.etisalat.lk/personal/mobile/prepaid/plans-and-tariff/#.USmlbTB-lTI So then why only Mobitel can't give us a per second package. People, we should force mobitel to introduce new per second biling packages. So join us, Help us, HELP YOURSELVES.

Mobitel is charging way too much for a few seconds of talking. Every other network moved on so why are they stuck in the stone age? Fix this already.
