The service around Meringandan West & Highfields is ridiculous beyond a joke when we pay so much money to have the internet working especially for work !!!

Very patchy mobile service and it's only getting worse, can't stand in certain places of our home because we loose service or miss phone calls completely.

We are in kleiton and have to go outside just to make a call rain hail heat stroke. Not good enough. Something needs to happen now not in 2 years.

Only 20 mins from a major metropolitan area and little to no reception dependant on weather and other variables. Not good enough in this day and age.

Meringandan. Hardly any bars on mobile phone, and internet is very slow and continuously drops out.

Mobile phone service is terrible in Meringandan & Kleinton! Internet took 6 months to get connected because "there weren't enough ports available".

Live in Palmer Drive Highfields and mobile reception is a disgrace. I can't receive or make a mobile call as there is VERY little reception.

We cant even get the internet due to no ports available in our brand new estate. Apparently they put in 3 ports for 30 houses. Service out here is appalling too. Can only talk on mobile phone while outside and sometimes in lounge area. If you move to bedrooms or kitchen nothing.

The mobile phone reception is almost non-existent and the internet is very inconsistent. This is in an area only 30ks from a major city and a fast growing area,

Internet constantly drops out and no plan at this stage for NBN in this area. Accessing reliable internet is essential in this technological age.
