When I originally connected with Telstra, through both prepaid mobile and home phone/wifi bundle the service was great. Within a year, I have gone from 4 bars of service inside my house to 1 *IF I AM LUCKY*... I have asked why this may be and no one seems to be sure why!

The mobile phone service in our area is poor and our internet connect is often very slow or cutting in and out.
