Mobile Phone / Internet Issues Meringandan west and Surrounds

Mobil phone services seem to be getting worse, Internet is sketchy sometimes.

Cabarlah, wireless nbn is ridiculous. Very slow and almost unusable at night.

Can't use mobile phone for important calls or any call that you are in a queue for as the call is likely to drop out. Internet is very slow

Service getting worse in our area! Such a pain when we pay Telstra a fortune for multiple services.

Mobile dosnt work unless standing on the street

We have a business in Meringandan & have to stand in the street to get mobile service.

No NBN. Not even wireless

I have to leave my phone on the window sil for it to work (Telstra) but Optus works out here?

I live in Meringandan West and have unreliable phone service. My home phone has not worked for the past 2 weeks and this is the second time since end of October. Our mobiles have a blue country tick and only work when sitting on the end of the kitchenbench.

Needing better reception to run my hobby business.

I live in Highfields and had better when I moved to this area 16 years ago. I'm sick of missing calls because I have NO coverage.

Kingsthorpe, highfields and meringandan area is terrible

Been waiting for years for Optus to build their tower it will be able to cover a large area that currently has poor coverage.

We have less than half the speed of adsl 1 and when I asked Telstra what I could do. They told me to move.

our Internet drops out all of the time. We then get charged for using the Internet on our mobile. We use to have great internet but now they tell us it's from congestion. We pay to have it we should get what we pay for

Don't stop there, you can add Geham & many other areas with poor service

Our mobile device is spotty as well as our internet running at snails pace at times
