I'm studying university online, and despite what Telstra says is a strong connection of ADSL 2, I struggle to stream lectures. I live at Highfields.

Slow or no internet. Waited longer than a year for internet. Telstra just said there is no ports.

We live in the area behind the Meringandan Pub and we have little to Mobile service which is an incovenience and costs us an extra $200 a month because it leave us no choice but to have a home phone aswell as mobile services

It's amazing nothing has been done about this sooner. In this day and age mobiles are relied upon especially in emergencies. Meringandan and kingsthorpe are no long small towns. They have grown but the service hasnt coped.

Reception is poor. Reside in Kleinton, and struggle to receive the minimum one bar of service, often no service at all. With a thriving population which is constantly expanding, plus a new High School, and countless developments in the area, a case can be made that coverage is needed, not just wanted.

This is a very serious safety issue for thousands of peopke who live, work and travel in this area. Rural accidents and crime statistics are growing and mobike coverage is essential.

The only possible option for me at home is Telstra 3G and at times it takes several minutes just to load the Google home page because the signal is so weak. We have a kid starting high school this year and with zero internet access I'm not too sure yet how this will affect his secondary education. P.S. We're 10 minutes drive from Toowoomba.
