As an mix engineer for 30 plus years we absolutely deserve credit for everything we do.

Sometimes we only do it for the credits! Give credit where credit is due.

Credits are a big part of a songwriter's resume, and this goes for producers and engineers as well. They deserve to be recognized.

This is way overdue. Engineer, Producer, Mastering and Musician credits were standard on records and CDs for decades. These are the people who helped make the recording possible and they need to be given credit.

Just like the credits at the end of a movie tell you where the music was recorded and who it was mix by, I believe that everyone that worked on an album or a single should get credit. Everyone deserves to be recognized for their talent and contribution to music.
