Though it's great that most DSP's (Digital Service Providers such as Spotify, Apple Music) have started to add songwriter and producer credits to their sites & apps, they need to add the Mixer and Engineer credits on as well. The labels, who send the metadata to the DSP's have this info so we need to urge the DSP's to add a place for these credits and request them when they gather the writer/producer credits.

Seeing this kind of momentum confirms that people finally recognize the artists behind the console deserve their due. It means the world to see the industry wake up to the fact that music is built by more than just the names on the front cover.

I think its a really important case cause im a musician and sound Engineer and sometimes I have a hard time not finding these informations concerning certain tracks.
Absolutely. In this age of singles, production, engineering, and mixing details should be available on a track-by-track basis as well, not just as album credits.
How about adding mastering? And this is per song. In the silt and sublime, awards shows will eventually need this info or anyone can say they were part of the process. And it would help track royalties, just sayin.
Credits are engineers, producers and studios calling cards. It informs people of their work and discredits those who falsely claim the same credit.
Everyone who participates in a TV show or movie get credits . Either the exception of extras . Sound mixers , sweetening , and voice over studios are all included in credits . Why should this be different in the music industry ? It shouldn't.
