why will Dublin schools allow these children to come into our schools when we have no say on what's built there. I don't get it??

I am against a huge apartment complex going up on this land. Let's take this slowly. Glacier Ridge school is completely busting at the seams. Traffic around Highland Croy and Post Road are going to be tough. Of course this land is going to be developed, but let's be careful and do this smart.

Dublin should scale back its unbridled growth also.

Part of this land should be donated to the city for an additional elementary school if there is such a need. This is commercial development for profit for the few at a cost to the community

I am opposed to the development. I do not feel that we need the additional over burden on our schools and now additional traffic to an already conjested roadway. Not sure on this but would Dublin even see any additional tax base from the additional residence/owners or is this additional weight all placed on the backs of existing Dublin residence?

I oppose this development. Traffic and school congestion are the leading reasons, but this part of Dublin should be reserved for single-family units with ample green space. Multi family complex growth is not consistent with the goals of Dublin residents.

I am completely opposed to this for two reasons:
1) Schools overcapacity - Jerome is already over capacity so why would we add MORE apartments/townhomes to an already overcrowded district?! I pay Dublin taxes and my son is already looking at having classes in a trailer during his high school years due to overcapacity!!!
2) Apartments and real estate values -no doubt this plan will lower the real estate value of all the homes along Hyland-Croy.

We do not need any multi family complexes in this area. The schools are at capacity and there are too many surrounding developments with vacant lots. We spend a shitload in property taxes to support these standards for children. Go find another unburdened school district to build your development.

When we moved here 9 years ago, they said only single homes would be built, that was a lie. We are loosing green space, will have more overcrowded schools and now traffic to our lovely quiet neighborhood. We left the east coast so we wouldn't live in a crowded, busy, noisy place! We are not supporting this.

I like the elderly care and retail, but no thank you to the apartments for the reason mentioned below.

I oppose this development plan. The increase in density and traffic will decrease the quality of life in Dublin. The reason I moved here over 30 years ago was for the particularly spacious environment. I do not want that environment encroached upon further.
