We are strongly oppose this development. I am very concern about school over-crowding and too much traffic!!! 7485 Barrister Drive

No apartments should be here which reduces the value of the single homes.

There is too much traffic. There is no upside to the local population. The added payroll tax to the community wI'll not support the required changes in infrastructure. It will diminish the quality of life for those in the community and surrounding neighborhoods.

Very poor use for that space. Taking advantage of all the infrastructure that Dublin taxpayers have invested. They are getting a free ride and Dublin gets to pick up the tab.

Development of this land will overcrowd our already overcrowded schools. My children had nearly 30 students in their classes this past year. Others I know were blocked from even attending the school they are supposed to attend because the grade level was too full. We are also already building on to our schools to even accommodate the current overcrowding situation. Thus development of this land for the mixed use purpose will only serve to exacerbate the current problem and deteriorate the quality of our school system. This situation is not fair and equitable to the students, the teachers, or the the Dublin resident taxpayers.
