I would prefer this area be used as an empty nester development. This way you wouldn't have the issue of more students and residents who would like to downsize could remain in Dublin.

I oppose this proposed plan. Traffic and school overcapacity are the main reasons.

I hope they change this development. We moved out here from Polaris because they started building too many apartments. Crime went up, kids had to change schools every year and home values went down! I know land out here will be developed, but I hope we stay away from apartment complexes.
