I oppose the changing of the zoning AND the proposed plans to build apartment buildings and retail outlets. Prefer to keep the rural look and feel. Our Dublin schools are already stressed by exploding numbers of kids.

Concerns with current traffic on Hyland Croy mounting and dangerous turns at times onto Post Road. Also safety concerns with bike and foot traffic.

The only problem I have is multi-unit housing. Apartments are not apart of the lifestyle homeowners wish to encourage in Dublin as they do not add any value to the community and actually lead to additional burdens on the school and traffic.

Dublin does not need additional influx of people to burden our schools and further burden the tax payers to support those schools - as a tax levy is sure to follow!!

I oppose this plan. I fail to see how this plan provides added value to the existing residents of this community. Why would we compromise and add buildings to an already tight infrastructure. This does not add to the property values of our community. Why would we approve something that deters from value?

300 apartments, two more retail centers, and 900+ parking spaces are not in the best interests our community.

As Dublin residents we simply CANNOT allow this to move forward. It's happened in other communities - good schools go very bad when they are overcrowded.

I just moved from sawmill and abbey church to get away from over crowding and now I've walked right back into it. Dublin prides itself on its school district and it's crazy to think for one minute that more kids won't burden the system.
