I am strongly against this proposal. Not only because the reasons that already listed in the petition, but also seems there is no any proposal from the city/township to consider any park/recreation park/road reconstruction to benefit the current residents. All these development proposal will just making the living condition worse and the value of the house down.

Dublin Jerome HS is already over-crowded; and Hyland Croy already needs to be a 4 lane boulevard (instead of the narrow, 2 lane country road it is).

Not opposed to some development of specialty shops and restaurants but schools and roads can not support unless improvements are made to both. Dublin would need tax revenue from new residents as an increase to our taxes to support would meet resistance.
