Traffic on Hyland Croy is already horrendous. We do not want rentals. All of this development will put an increased burdenn on the area schools as well.

This make traffic along the already damaged Hyland Croy road even worse. Who would be paying for fire, police and emergency services, as well as updating the road to accommodate the increased traffic over post/hyland croy road?
