I am strongly opposed to this proposed development as it will cause Overcrowding of our schools, increased traffic and potentially lower home values.

This type of development is not appropriate for this area. Retail and apartment complexes definitely do not belong in this area of single family homes. The current infrastructure and roads cannot handle any increased traffic on Hyland Croy Road which is already struggling to cope at peak times.

It is definitely getting crazy crowded around here!! Everywhere I look, more houses are going up. I believe enough development has occurred!!

Development is inevitable, but responsible plans should be enforced! Density is key! If apartments are part of the plan, should add condos too! They should not be more than two stories and should be quality with ample landscaping!
