The beauty, and why many chose to move to Dublin, is because these types of things usually don't happen. Who is thinking this is a good idea - other than those who want more money in their pockets.

School accommodation a major concern

Dublin City School district is already building extra classrooms onto several schools in this area to accommodate for overcrowding, and this development will only make that issue worse. In addition, Hyland Croy already has traffic issues during busy drive times. Adding this community to the area is not a responsible choice for our citizens or our schools.

Hyland-Croix congestion; Post Rd/Hyland-Croix intersection congestion; further crowding of our Dublin Schools (GRE, Jerome H. S., etc); concerns about the developers standards, etc.

I'm not anti-development but let's keep it single family homes that fit within the guidelines of the nearby communities.

The roads can not support more homes and business in this area. I do not feel the proposed use of this land is in the best interest of the Dublin residents currently living in the community. I can only think of negative ramifications if this sake happens. It is really unfortunate to see how much of the land in this area is being developed and changed from the current use. This is too much change. Keep the green space and beauty Dublin is know for!

No more overcrowding to our Dublin Schools! This would be compromising many of our children's education. Plus, more traffic problems. How about Dublin buy the land and keep it a green space?! We have so few left.

This type of development is not in line with the feel of the surrounding area. Our schools are already overcrowded, and currently planned additions will not accommodate the number of new students this type of housing will bring. Heavy traffic on Hyland-Croy Road is already an issue. This proposed development, if allowed to move forward, will have an extremely negative impact on current residents in the area.

Please consider the impact on the schools and safety due to increased traffic on hyland Croy.
