as a resident in Dublin for 10yrs, I enjoyed the city. However, if the apartments are to be build here, many people will be driven away.

thank you for putting this together!
As residents, we have the right to influence how our neighborhood develops.

I oppose this development as this raises the possibility of more tax hikes for Dublin residents, devaluing our homes, adding more kids to the already over crowded Dublin schools and increasing the safety concerns due the increasing traffic in the area.

The Jacquemines are good and honest people. They have every right to ensure their financial future. But Jerome Township has continually shown total disregard for their neighbors and are willing to develop at any cost. It's irresponsible leadership.

I am opposed to a rezoning away from rural residential. We moved to this area for the open-space, rural feeling. Regarding the Developers proposal, I am specifically opposed to the retail centers. Sorry, no nice way to say it, but the air pollution/odors from restaurants/food service are not desirable near residential areas. School over-crowding and traffic are a concern as well.

I strongly oppose the proposed development, which will have negative impact on both road traffic on Hyland Croy road and Dublin city school capacity.

We have plenty of new apartments and condos going in near downtown Dublin. The schools will be over-flowing and the next step will be a requested increase in property taxes which have sky-rocketed. We need to slow the growth down.

I strongly oppose this proposed development. Dublin school is already over the capacity. This new development will put a huge burden on the already crowed Dublin schools, especially the Glacier Ridge Element school. And this new proposed apartment complex is not a good fit to the single family homes in this area.

i strongly oppose this proposed development! The additional traffic on a road that is already in bad condition is a real concern. The development looks cookie-cutter in its design and its high density rentals doesn't fit with the current single home developments in the area. The set-back and school overcrowding also contribute to my opposition.

Dublin schools are already over crowded and this development would adversely impact the quality of children's education. I oppose this new development.

Impact and feasibility in areas of traffic safety and area environment study must be able to supportable prior to taking any action and decision.
