I am all for a small convenience store, restaurant etc but strongly oppose additional residents who will bring additional children to our school but no additional tax dollars.

Our school are currently overcrowded as it is. I see this continued development as something that is going to continue to overcrowd our schools with people who are not paying taxes in the city of Dublin.

Traffic is a big concern and the density is unrealistic

Totally against anymore development in the Dublin school district. We are already facing over crowding. Leave this area farmland. We do not anymore retail businesses.

Further development (especially rentals) will have major impacts not only on traffic, the schools, but also the beautiful Glacier Ridge metro park....more development, means increased traffic, which will directly result in additional pollutants in the area. As a teacher and with a child who will be attending school in the future, it greatly concerns me that Dublin schools are already maxing out and require mobile units at both Glacier Ridge Elementary and Dublin Jerome, the two schools where these new units would be attending. NO to the new development proposal.

My family and I live in Lowell Trace and we do not want to see further development in and around our area. We enjoy strawberry picking and visiting the pumpkin patch at Jacquemin Farms and do not want to see it developed.

I'm very concerned about the proposed development. If it was to become a reality, it would dramatically changed the area's residential and traffic patterns, put tremendous pressure on the the already at-capacity schools. It'd cause disruption to the nature environment as well. Who is going to pay for the costs associated with resolving these issues? I strongly oppose to the proposal.

This is what is irritating about development...I don't mind development of the impact is seen all the way through. In other wards the developers should have to take the hit to expand roads and schools if they want to reap benefits of their development

This is not a good idea in an already over-populated neighborhood.

as a resident in Dublin for 10yrs, I enjoyed the city. However, if the apartments are to be build here, many people will be driven away.
