Missouri Police Officer Doug Howell should be sent to prison for killing innocent dog

Simple abuse of power. Welcome to socialism, cops become executioners. Coward.

I watched the video that was truly sad this officer should b sent to jail. That dog was scared and at its last moments to show kindness to this well horrible man it wagged its tail then he shot it this officer should go to prison for killing a defenseless animal

The officer was frustrated and oes n ot have patience. He should be jailed for this crime!! He is a Cop in Missouri because he knows if he comes EAST he would be dead!! Cowardly piece of shit he is!! He is lower than the dust on a fleas ball sack!! I cannot believe the the Chief stuck up for him!! The other officers should be upset. If I worked for that department I would quit and help sue this asshole!!

Maid me sick and so angry watching,what sort of world are we living in,that dog was not a danger to anyone..that officer DOUG HOWELL is not fit to be wearing a police uniform if he cant even handle a pasive dog.

There were two of them agents one dog that is cruel and inhuman how this poor dog had to lose its life. I wounded how this prick would like to be put in a noose then shot not very nice call from a police officer.

I'm honestly dumbfounded as to why officer Howell was not fired and arrested already. If he had driven past a situation like this there is no doubt in my mind he would have arrested that person....

This is absolutely horrid. I showed more compassion while deployed. This is not a man, but a timid child with a pistol whom of which deserves to be jailed. Police do not DECIDE if something is to live or not, and yet somehow they believe it's with in their rights. I will be writing and calling various facilities with my sentiments. I'll be seeing you in hell, Mr. Howell.

Missouri needs to train their boys scouts...oops I mean police officers how to deal with situations using the Force Continuum. Officer Howell is obviously a little coward if he cannot handle an obviously docile dog without resorting to shooting it in the head TWICE!!!!!!!
