There is NO JUSTIFICATION for shooting that dog. NONE. The dog was safely restrained. Posed no threat to the officers. the entire point of the Catch stick is to maintain control from a safe distance. He shot the dog because he was frustrated, you can clearly see from his reaction slamming the tailgate, throwing the chaininto the bed of the truck, and his facial expression of total exasperation that he was angry. No self control. Next time it could be a teenage boy that he shoots. Why is this man still holdong a gun and the power to use it? Simply Wrong.

Commie showed no aggression what so ever to this "police officer". He lied, under oath. Which brings to question how many other times has he lied about other cases, before and since this incident. You can be sure I will never travel any where near this morally bankrupt police department. The fact that he still has his job makes them just a morally bankrupt as he is.
